Kicking off 2026 by highlighting some beauty items I know I’ll be using again and again this year. I added a few more skin care, hair and makeup items to my routine as well as restocked on some old favorites. Let’s jump into the beauty items I’m loving right now…
Tan Lux // This is a product I’ve been using for about seven years. Although I definitely don’t need it so much now that I live in Florida most of the year – the last few weeks have been pretty dreary and cloudy – so I incorporated them back into my routine. I use both face drops and body drops. These are easy to apply and are quite accurate. Simply put 2-3 drops on your face or body and rub thoroughly and evenly. You’ll see your tan gradually build over the next 48 hours!
Clarins Cryo-Flash Mask // I’ve seen countless creators I follow promote this product and I’m here to say I agree! I started using this mask in December and I love the results. There are a lot of beauty products that I love but find them difficult to use because of the scent, but the scent of this mask is heavenly!
La Prairie Pure Gold // La Prairie Pure Gold is the newest product in my lineup. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and will report on full results next month. I like the consistency and lightness of the product. I am applying it both morning and night. Buy it here.
Moroccanoil Purple // As you know I am totally obsessed with hair products (more on this in a post coming later this week). I’ve been a lifelong fan of Moroccanoil, but I don’t like that the light yellow color can sometimes make my hair look shiny. So, imagine my joy when I realized they had created a formula for all the fair guys like me, Purple! 10/10 highly recommended. Same great results without the yellow/brass color.
Briogeo Farewell Frizz // I use a lot of products to keep my low bun under control. I like to use an anti-frizz product that’s like a lotion. It moisturizes my hair and keeps it in place and reduces hair fall. The weight and formula of this product is perfect for keeping my twisted bun in place!
WonderSkin Lip Stain // I’m late to the lip stain game, but happy to say I’ve finally arrived! When I first saw this lip stain I was very curious. I decided to start with a really light shade, so I chose ‘Adore’ and it ended up being the perfect amount of color. Staining was easy! You simply leave it on for about 30 seconds and then wipe off! I also want to re-plug this lipstick. Pink Mint is great – I’m already on my third tube!
Idol Liner // I try my Stila eyeliner and don’t cheat, but I love trying other eyeliners. Sometimes I’ll keep them in the mix if I love them. This liner is incredibly deep, stays on great, and I love that the fine tip is a little more flexible! Also, if you are looking for a great micro tip liner, this is it!
