Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar shows no signs of stopping its rampage at the global box office. Released on December 5, the Ranveer Singh-directed spy action thriller has successfully run for over 50 consecutive days in theatres, grossing over Rs 1,000 crore domestically. As the sequel’s release date approaches, all eyes are on what it has to offer and when its trailer will be released.

Dhurandhar 2 will feature a clash between Ranveer Singh and Arjun Rampal’s characters
According to a recent Reddit post, Aditya Dhar is considering releasing the trailer of Dhurandhar 2, this Saturday, January 31. Along with this update, the post also revealed that the plot of the upcoming film will feature Arjun Rampal’s Major Iqbal as the main antagonist. The upcoming film will see big clashes between Ranveer Singh’s Hamza and Arjun’s character.
The Reddit post said: “There is a lot of talk about the trailer of Dhurandhar 2 and those who have seen it say that RANVEER IS THE REAL EFFING. He is in absolute beast mode, ferocious, raw and brutally intense, and his backstory propels him as the son of the country. Acting at his peak. About the movie
Like the first part, Dhurandhar 2 is written and directed by Aditya Dhar. The spy action thriller is produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya and Lokesh Dhar under the banners Jio Studios and B62 Studios. Apart from Ranveer Singh, the film will also see Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi and Sara Arjun reprising their roles. Akshaye Khanna will probably have a cameo as his character died in the first part.
Talking about its release, Dhurandhar 2 will clash at the box office with Yash starrer Toxic. Both films will be released in theaters around the world on March 19.
