Over the past five days, the index has seen a total decline of 1.32%, although it is still up 4.6% over the past month. In terms of individual stock performance, Makita Corp. emerged as the best performing company in the large cap segment, achieving a return of 4.93%. In contrast, Lasertec Corp. had significant difficulties, recording a profitability of -13.96%. In the mid-cap sector, MISUMI Group, Inc. led with a return of 4.58%, while Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. faced challenges with a return of -11.42%.
