Aditya Dhar has a special request for Dhurandhar 2 audience
Aditya Dhar and his team are overwhelmed by the massive response to the film. Hours before paid previews begin, Dhar and his team sent a message to the audience. In a post on X, Aditya asked the audience not to share spoilers and asked them to hold on to their seats even after the credits ended.
Aditya wrote on X, “🙏🧿♥️#DhurandharTheRevenge releases worldwide on March 19, on Gudi Padwa, Ugadi and Eid.Hindi | telugu | Tamil | Kannada | Malayalam Oh, and one more thing. Don’t leave your seats until the credits have stopped rolling 😉”
A statement shared by Aditya on social media read, “To my dearest and most extraordinary Dhurandhar family, December 5, 2025, Dhurandhar released in theaters around the world. And since then you just haven’t seen our movie. You loved it. You lived it. You appreciated every detail, debated every moment, rewatched it, and noticed things I never thought anyone would.”
The note further said: “Somewhere along that beautiful, unpredictable journey, our film became yours. Then the nations. And then the world’s! That’s the most humbling and moving gift a filmmaker can ever receive. So when we sat down to make Dhurandhar: revengeWe knew one thing with absolute certainty: we had to surprise you. We had to make you feel emotions you weren’t prepared for. Deeply. Honestly. That’s never easy. But for you, we did everything we could.”
The director also expressed the hope that people could enjoy the film in theaters and not watch pirated versions on their phones. He shared: “We have set our hearts on Dhurandhar: revenge so you can experience every turn, every thrill, exactly how it should feel. In a theater, in the dark, surrounded by friends, family and even strangers, everyone feels the same emotions. This is how movies should be experienced. Not on someone’s phone in a blurry image
Towards the end, he made a request to the fans and asked everyone not to share any spoilers: “So, here is my one and only sincere and sincere request… PLEASE DO NOT SHARE SPOILERS! Let each fan come in clueless but curious and come out with their own deeply personal version of what they felt.”

Dhurandhar 2 pre-booking crosses Rs 150 crore ahead of release
Even before its theatrical release, the sequel to the 2025 hit Dhurandhar is already demonstrating strong traction at the box office.
according to sacnilk, paid previews of Dhurandhar 2 have contributed ₹44.25 crore. Thanks to advance bookings, the film earned Rs 33.6 crore and the international box office, Dhurandhar 2 has earned ₹75 crore. This takes the total collection to over 150 crores!
