This eyeliner is my holy grail. It goes on very smoothly and stays put all day long. The jet black color is perfection and the tip never fades! I buy this eyeliner about 6 times per year and always have it in stock during special sales.
I initially received this lotion as a gift and have since purchased it for myself several times. It’s super hydrating without being greasy and I think it’s a great, everyday lotion year-round. Many people also like the gel version, but after trying both, I’m loyal to the lotion.
