We’re back with another Saturday Sesh. After some hiccups I’m now in NYC. It’s cloudy and 75 degrees feels like a dream after experiencing temperatures over 105 for several days in a row in Florida. I have some work to do, but there are also a lot of fun personal plans on the horizon. There are always lots of things I want to do when I get back to the city, and I love that not everything feels rushed or stressful because of the long trip. new colors // The way I screamed when I saw new colors being released in one of my favorite totes. My personal favorites are the green stripe, the neutral stripe, and this sunny stripe!
flip flopping // I have to admit that I kind of have a flip flop (pun intended) on flip flop trend. It may have been years since I worked at the Old Navy Headquarters at the $1 Flip Flop event, but I’ve turned a corner. I’ve been wearing these constantly, so I decided it would be worth investing in another similar pair. I brought this fun jelly into trend!
Cold // This summer has been hot. Like very hot. Coldies are here to save you. They’re the brainchild of one of my favorite people, Katie Sturino of Megababe. I’m always proud of him and the business he’s building. It’s no surprise that these are such a hit that they sold out instantly – but get on the waiting list, it’s worth it!
kashmiri incident // Jumpcare! Laugh out loud. Who needs cashmere this summer? Listen to me. Your future self will thank you in the fall when I find some of my favorite cashmere items on sale. This sale happens only twice a year. This includes almost all styles including classic crew in pop colors. I always try to buy seasonal foods at a discount from the cycle – a great way to save.
a dreamy summer house //Can I come to visit? This house in Portugal is absolutely amazing. From the tile work to the pool and all the animals?! What a wonderful property.
beauty in the present // I like to switch up my morning beauty routine every now and then. My step by step right now is as follows: Start off with a nice clean start with these pads, apply these eye masks for 20 minutes (15 minutes if I’m in a rush), swipe on this serum and finally lather on this lotion.
very soft sweat // Lately I’ve been looking for a lightweight pair of comfortable sweats to lounge around in. I never had anything that felt light enough and had enough ease until I found this sweatshirt and these pants. They are my Saturday around the house dream set!
