Arthur J. Gallagher & Company has announced that its wholesale brokerage, binding authority and program division, Risk Placement Services, has acquired Greensburg, Pennsylvania-based WN Toscano Agency. Terms were not disclosed. Toscano is a managing general agency and wholesale insurance broker serving independent agents in western Pennsylvania, offering commercial auto and trucking, general liability, inland marine and workers’ compensation. The agency has been in operation for more than 40 years, employs approximately 100 people, and will remain in its current location under Robin Toscano, reporting to Steve Levin, RPS’ Northeast region leader.
