Agency accuses EverQuote of stealing its name in Google ads

This is where the trouble begins, at least as Solo tells it. The agency claims that in or around June 2025, EverQuote paid Google to run a sponsored ad that appeared as the first result whenever someone searched “singles insurance.” According to the complaint, the ad was titled “Solo Insurance?” Click it, and you’re allegedly taken to USAutoinsurancenow.com, a site offering “auto insurance quotes online” from a range of Solo’s competitors. Solow says, the footer reads, “Copyright © EverQuote, Inc.” The landing page also prompted Missouri visitors to enter their zip code and “Leave your rate in St. Peters” [Missouri] Today!”
