Kwan’s appointment follows two earlier appointments that have established a similar delivery-focused logic. In January, AXA XL named Richling, who previously served as senior vice president of risk management at MGM Resorts International, to its current broker relationships role – a client-side background that brings direct experience to how large commercial buyers evaluate and utilize broker relationships. In February, AXA XL appointed Ainsley Keating as Eastern Region Head for General Industries, Mid-Market, Americas, deepening broker coverage in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
