The Melbourne Stars have named an unchanged squad for Thursday night’s clash against the Sydney Sixers.
After 68,124 fans (the third-largest crowd in BBL history) packed the MCG on Sunday night, the Stars are hoping for another big turnout for their penultimate home game of the home-and-away season.
This matchup could play a big role in shaping the finals series, as the Stars have a 4-2 record, just ahead of the Sixers (3-3).
Thursday night will also be a chance to celebrate Peter Siddle, who is playing his 100thth BBL game.
The 41-year-old is in his second season with the Stars, having previously represented the Renegades and Strikers.
Siddle is currently the leading wicket-taker in the competition, with 12 wickets at an average of 14.58 in his six games.
