I loved Chanel’s show this season – it felt like it was a fresh take on something established, while still having everything that makes the house instantly recognizable. There was a lightness, a sense of spontaneity in how the pieces were styled and worn, that made it feel current without losing that signature structure.

What always draws me to Chanel is the collection. Subtle variations in silhouette, tweed, color and trim – there’s a lot of history there, but it never feels frozen in one moment. Each piece has the potential to be reinterpreted, depending on how you wear it, becoming something you collect, wear, reshape and ultimately pass on.

I’ve found that some of the pieces I reach for are out of date. There’s something about finding an old jacket or coat, then tailoring it a bit or styling it in a new way that makes it feel completely your own. It becomes less about that era and more about how it fits into your life now.

When looking at these pieces, what stands out is how much diversity exists within the same framework. Soft pastels, bright colors, classic creams, intricate weaves – each one embodies that familiar Chanel structure, but with its own personality. It’s a reminder that you don’t have to approach it all the same way.
