BENGALURU: Walmart-owned e-commerce company Flipkart on Thursday said its group chief financial officer Sriram Venkataraman is leaving the company as it prepares for the next phase of its growth and a possible public listing.Flipkart said Venkataraman will remain with the company for some time to ensure continuity and smooth handover. During this transition, Ravi Iyer will oversee the broader finance organization.The move comes as Flipkart is strengthening its leadership structure and focusing on profitability and scale ahead of a potential IPO. Flipkart Group CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy said Venkataraman played a key role in building and strengthening the finance function.
