Heidi Klum and her son, Henry Samuel, coordinated their stylish outfit agendas for the LACMA opening gala for the David Geffen Galleries on April 16. The pair stepped out side by side for the star-studded event, and it’s clear the 20-year-old has inherited his mother’s supermodel style.
The German native oozed high-octane glamor in a sheer black dress that featured sultry fishnet details embellished with intricate sequins. The long dress was layered over a low-cut black bodysuit that featured a halter neckline. Heidi’s striking look was teamed with a fuzzy black shawl and accessorized with a pair of open-toed heels. Her luscious blonde locks were styled in explosive waves while her makeup radiated soft glamour, courtesy of a smoky eye and glossy lip.
Meanwhile, Henry looked dapper in a tailored black jacket and a pair of matching pants. The rising star added a pair of sunglasses and a silver pendant necklace to her look for an edgy finish.
This is not the first time the duo has appeared together on a red carpet. Heidi took her son to the screening of the drama on April 2. The supermodel wore a white suit dress that featured a single-sleeved double-breasted jacket and a long skirt complete with a daring thigh-high slit. Heidi accessorized the ensemble with a pair of metallic silver Christian Louboutin heels that were accented with a pointed-toe design.
Henry posed alongside his mother, dressed in a sleek black suit that included a button-down shirt, a tailored jacket, and a pair of silk pants.
The model influence of Heidi Klum
Henry opened up about how his mother inspired him to get into modeling during an interview with Paper magazine. “We always visited her on her set days. And we were all very interested. She looked like she was having fun on her sets. And I wanted that feeling too,” he said.
She made her haute couture debut during Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week in January 2025, when she walked the runway for Lena Erziak’s Spring/Summer Haute Couture show. Since then, she has modeled for fashion brand Kith as the brand debuted its first runway show in six years on the streets of New York. Henry also walked in his third show for GCDS during Milan Fashion Week in February.
Not only has Henry been busy dominating the runway, he also starred in YSL Beauty’s MYSLF L’Absolu fragrance campaign. “Personally I think MYSLF L’Absolu means self, like expressing yourself, being confident,” she said in the video.
“Orange blossom and patchouli give it a very spicy feel. The times I feel like I love myself the most are when I’m just expressing myself through fashion, being with my friends and family. I really appreciate that. The fragrance can make me feel warm, cozy, happy and energized.”
