The higher elevations of Himachal Pradesh will witness another spell of snowfall along with rain on February 13. According to the state Meteorological Centre, light snowfall is very likely at isolated places in Kullu, Kangra, Chamba and Lahaul and Spiti districts on February 13, while the weather will remain dry in the remaining parts of the state. The weather is also expected to remain dry in the state till February 15, while the mid and upper hills will receive another spell of snowfall and rain on February 16.

Furthermore, the minimum and maximum temperatures in the state are very likely to increase by 2°C to 4°C in the coming days, leading to warmer days.

Meanwhile, in the higher areas of the state, mainly in Lahaul and Spiti district, snowfall and very light rain occurred, while the weather was dry in the rest of the state. Minimum temperatures, during the last 24 hours, were above 2°C to 4°C in most parts of the state, ranging between -9°C and 11°C. Similarly, maximum temperatures were also above 2°C to 3°C in most parts of the state, ranging between 1°C and 25°C.

The lowest minimum temperature of -8.5°C was recorded in Tabo village in Lahaul and Spiti, while the highest temperature in the state was 25.6°C in Una.
