The launch of iQOO 15R for the Indian market has been brought forward and we also know when it will be announced later this month. iQOO brings its new premium device focused on regular users and gamers, but it seems that the new model will also have other highlights, including its attractive design and its powerful on-board camera hardware.
This device will use one of the new Snapdragon 8 Gen chipsets, along with a high refresh rate display to support popular games with better quality and yes, a fast charging battery is also available.

The company has a live microsite that reveals some of the details about the new iQOO 15 series device and its design. The brand will offer a 144Hz refresh rate display, likely with an AMOLED panel that offers adaptive screen switching for better and smoother browsing.
The phone is also expected to come with a Q2 gaming chip that focuses on better gaming performance with lower latency. iQOO will use the new OriginOS 6 version for its new phone like the others launched in recent months. Using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 could give you flagship-level performance without being too expensive.
The design could be part of the talking points about the iQOO 15 with its two-tone finish and a metal body used for better durability along with higher IP68 and IP69 ratings.
The brand could feature a large 6.59-inch display with 1.5K resolution, which seems likely, however, we may see a slightly larger unit.
For imaging, the iQOO 15R could bring a 200MP main camera along with an 8MP bottom ultra-wide lens. But as for backing up the device, we expect to see a 7600mAh battery with 100W wired charging supported. Taking all this into account, the price of the iQOO 15R could start at around Rs 55,000 in the market.
