LeBron James injury update ends longest streak in NBA history

 & more related news here

LeBron James is already one of the most decorated players in NBA history, and when all is said and done, he will be inducted into the first ballot Hall of Fame, his jersey will hang in the rafters of multiple stadiums, and a statue will undoubtedly be erected in Cleveland.

There are numerous accolades that illustrate just how illustrious James’ career has been: four NBA championships, four MVPs, the all-time scoring record and 22 consecutive All-Star nominations are just a few.

But his most impressive feat, and arguably the greatest streak in NBA history, is being named to an All-NBA team in 21 consecutive seasons.

Outside of his rookie year, he has been an All-NBA member in every season of his NBA career. His 21 All-NBA nods are the most in league history, and no one has more first-team selections than James with 13.

Unfortunately, that streak is coming to an end this season. James will play fewer than 65 games this season, making him ineligible for All-NBA honors.
