What did the creator say about the story of ‘The Family Man Season 4’?
In his conversation with Variety India, Raj Nidimoru shed light on an interesting detail about the making of the show. He revealed that seasons 3 and 4 were never meant to be two separate stories, they were always planned and conceived as one grand continuous narrative. He clarified that while many viewers felt that season 3 ended too abruptly and left them hanging, the creators felt that the main story had actually reached a natural and logical stopping point. However, he acknowledged that one aspect was deliberately left incomplete: Srikant Tiwari’s personal journey, which was always intended to extend into the next season. Raj explained it best in his own words: “Only Srikant Tiwari’s journey was left unfinished because it naturally continued in the next season. So yes, we are writing furiously. We have to get to the second part of that story,” giving fans every reason to believe that the next installment is really on the way.
What was ‘The Family Man Season 3’ about?
The third season of ‘The Family Man’ took the series in a new and different direction by moving the story to Northeast India. Things get dangerous when Rukma, played by Jaideep Ahlawat, kills important local leaders, causing a major crisis for the government. Srikant Tiwari finds himself caught in the middle of all this, trying to simultaneously manage his demanding job and his messy personal life. Season 3 also had a big surprise for fans: a crossover with Vijay Sethupathi’s character from ‘Farzi’, which expanded on the shared world that Raj and DK have been building. This crossover was one of the most talked about moments of the show and got fans excited about what could happen in future seasons.
