It will be determined by who builds first and creates the most capacity. More energy. More compute. More chips. More talent. More builders. A future where we accelerate innovation and welcome private investment.”“Together, we aspire to create an AI future that serves our people, strengthens our economies, and empowers entrepreneurship, innovation, and the rule of law,” he said.Helberg said the Pax Silica initiative was launched with some countries in December last year. India joined the initiative at the AI ​​Impact Summit in New Delhi in February.
