Preity Zinta sold an apartment in Mumbai’s exclusive Pali Hill area of Bandra for Rs 18.5 crore, according to property registration documents seen by CRE Matrix. The apartment was awarded to the actress in April 2025 after the remodeling of her old residential building.
Second apartment sale in four months
This is the second apartment sale by Zinta in the last four months. In November 2025, documents showed that he sold a 1,474 sq ft apartment on the 11th floor of the Rustomjee Parishram building for over Rs 14 crore.
Last transaction details
In the last transaction, registered on March 2, 2026, Zinta sold another 1,770-square-foot apartment on the same floor of the building. According to the documents, the property was purchased by Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, American citizens of Indian origin.The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.11 million and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
Apartment assigned after remodeling.
Zinta has owned property in the building for several years. According to CRE Matrix, he acquired his current residence on the 11th floor through a foreclosure process after the building was remodeled.“Under a redevelopment agreement between the society and the developer (Keystone Realtors/Rustomjee), the apartment was officially allotted to it as permanent alternative accommodation. This agreement was formalized in an agreement executed on October 23, 2023,” CRE Matrix said. Preity Zinta is yet to comment on the development.
