On Monday he underwent a bowling session, where he bowled 4 overs. On Wednesday he will undergo a similar session and then it will be seen if his affected area is able to withstand the load. More than Rs 2,000 crore loss to ICC?
The ICC is in a bind. The Pakistan government’s decision to boycott India in the 2026 T20 World Cup could lead to massive losses for the international cricket body. The current broadcast rights cycle for ICC men’s events from 2023 to 2027 is valued at $3 billion (Rs 27,465 crore approximately). More than 40% of this broadcast money comes from matches between India and Pakistan. Read more here.

RCB’s sales saga has officially moved from speculation to execution. Owners Diageo have begun the formal process to sell RCB, and information memoranda have been distributed to potential buyers. The PCB has been called not to sell the broadcast and media rights of PSL to India, ahead of the 11th season, according to a Geo News report. Good news for the PSL. Pakistan’s premier T20 tournament appears to be attracting big foreign names. Now, his new franchise Sialkot Stallionz has signed former Australian captain Steve Smith for PSL 11, which will be played from March 26 to May 3.
