I’ve been layering and layering a lot lately, which also means adding fun socks and tights to different shoe looks. I thought I’d share some of my favorite combinations from recently. Some other styles I love besides the shoes below are these, these, these, and these sneakers under $50.

satin flats

I’ve been talking about these flats for a while and finally decided I had to have them in my wardrobe. How cute do they look with these tights and Gucci pants I found at TRR (also styled here)?

suede slides

I love dark brown suede and when I saw these slides and this bag I knew they would make a great transitional pair. I styled them with a vintage pair of Ann Taylor pants and a Max Mara teddy coat.

leopard mary janes

Leo woman! These pants from Zara have been one of my most clicked items in the last few months. Sadly they are now sold out. I decided to go double animal print and added these flats. For a chartreuse contrast these COS socks and this new bag worked!

metal mule

These are shoes that wear out again and again. I’ve worn these with jeans as well as this dress (seen styled here) to holiday celebrations. He remains the last person to do the job.

tassel loafers

I ordered these on pre-order and was thrilled when they finally shipped. I paired them with these cozy printed pants that I love. Talk about a match made in heaven.

chunky shoes

Talk about the most comfortable shoes ever. These lug sole sock boots are one of my favorite purchases from 2025. While I’m wearing these with pants here a la DoubleJ, I’m also packing these to wear on my next ski trip.
