The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a forecast of thunderstorms in nine districts of Telangana for Sunday (May 17).
According to the latest IMD bulletin, thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusts of wind are very likely at isolated places in Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet and Jogulamba Gadwal districts.
Hyderabad and its surrounding areas for the next 24 hours will see partly cloudy skies. “Foggy conditions are likely to prevail during the morning hours. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 41°C and 29°C respectively,” the bulletin said.
