I was on the road for quite some time in early April – on back-to-back visits to NYC and then a quick 48-hour visit to Dallas. Luckily, I’ve been stopping for a while except for road trips here and there. As I add more and more trips to the book each year, I think about the pieces that really make travel easier and more enjoyable. Today I’m sharing eight things that are working for me right now.
Neoprene Carryall Bag
I have carried a lot of travel bags in my day and I must say this bag has been my favorite so far. I love that it’s super easy to clean, has pockets for literally everything (I personally love the external hidden phone pocket) and has a sleeve to put it on your luggage handle. It’s lightweight and has two straps with a great drop for both shoulder and cross body! I have a big black one.

I posted it and many of you loved it as much as I did. It’s oversized, but the collar and construction still give it a slightly more put-together feel than a crewneck sweatshirt. It comes in lots of great colors and is on sale right now here.
