Epic Games Store gives away the latest free games for February 2026

 & more related news here

The latest free games for the month of February 2026 are now available for download on the Epic Games Store. For the most part, February has been a bit of a disappointing month on the Epic Store, as most of the freebies that have been given out were unknown quantities to most EGS users. Still, these freebies have saved members hundreds of dollars in total, which is always great. Now, Epic closes out February and begins March by offering two more PC games that can be purchased immediately.

Starting today, February 26, and until the morning of March 5, the Epic Games Store will be giving away Boxes: Lost Fragments and my night job. Boxes is probably the most notable game of the pair, as it is a puzzle game that was recently released in 2024. Although it never exploded in terms of popularity, those who played it gave it rave reviews, meaning it’s worth checking out now that it’s free.

my night job is considerably older, having been released in 2016. This indie beat ’em up tasks players with defeating hordes of monsters with a variety of different weapons. As Boxes: Lost Fragments, my night job It has never sold very well, but it has been fairly well received in terms of praise.

In total, the Epic Store is giving away just $25 in free games this week. This is definitely down when it comes to savings, especially compared to previous offers. Perhaps as we move into March, we’ll start to see more notable giveaways in the coming weeks.

If you’d like to learn more about these new free games on the Epic Games Store, you can find trailers and descriptions for both below.

Boxes: Lost Fragments

“As a legendary thief, your next mission takes you to a large, luxurious mansion. There you find a series of puzzle boxes, designed for an unknown purpose. Suddenly, you realize that this is no ordinary building and that you are no longer in control of what unfolds, and perhaps you never were. What should have been a quick in and out, becomes your own harrowing fight for freedom and answers.”

my night job

my night job sends players to an abandoned building and sickens them with hordes of monsters. They can use more than 60 weapons, from vases and floor lamps to chainsaws, shotguns and oversized hammers. If monsters destroy too many rooms or the player’s health bar runs out, you will only have one entry left on the high score list.
