Big returns drive Proteas Women challenge for New Zealand

Another notable inclusion for the ODIs is Kayla Reyneke, who receives a maiden call-up. Reyneke had been an impressive feature of the Proteas T20I team during the series against Pakistan.

South Africa will compete against New Zealand in the five-match T20I series starting March 15. This will be followed by three ODIs starting March 29. All three matches will form part of the ICC Women’s Championship.

Series schedule:

1st T20I: March 15, Mount Maunganui

2nd T20I: March 17, Hamilton

3rd T20I: March 20, Auckland

4th T20I: March 22, Wellington

5th T20I: March 25, Christchurch

1st ODI: March 29, Christchurch

2nd ODI: April 1, Wellington

3rd ODI: April 4, Wellington
