The director breathes a sigh of relief.

Al-Hilal have been boosted by the return of two key players ahead of Monday’s round of 16 clash against Al-Sadd in the AFC Champions League.

His timely return gives coach Simone Inzaghi additional firepower for this must-win clash as the defending champions aim to advance towards the latter stages of the competition.

The “Asian Leaders” are still missing several players, including Senegalese centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly, who could miss the rest of the competition due to a bruise on his thigh.

Al-Hilal announced through his official X account that the duo joined the full training session on Sunday.

The Italian now has more options in midfield, having highlighted the injury crisis in his last press conference.
