Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has sold one of his residential properties in Mumbai’s Bandra West for Rs 3.50 crore. The latest real estate transaction attracted attention after property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix confirmed that the deal was officially registered on July 9, 2026. The apartment is situated in Shiv-Asthan Heights, a residential building in Bandra West. Records show that Salman had bought the property in 2015 for Rs 2.88 crore. The latest transaction reflects an increase over its original acquisition price.

According to Hindustan Times, as per the recorded documents, the apartment has a carpeted area of 758 square feet. It also comes with two parking spaces, making it a complete residential package in one of Mumbai’s premium neighbourhoods. The transaction values the property at nearly Rs 46,000 per sq ft based on carpet area. The apartment was jointly purchased by Munira Akberali Dandawala, Mahdiali Akberali Dandawala and Zehra Mahdiali Dandawala. The documents further show that the buyers paid Rs 21 lakh in stamp duty along with a registration fee of Rs 30,000 to complete the purchase. Neither Salman Khan nor the new owners have issued any public statement regarding the sale.
