DHAKA, June 10, 2026 (BSS) – Bangladesh batsman Najmul Hossain Shanto is barely
19 runs away from reaching 2000 ODI runs and ready to become the team
the second fastest Bangladeshi batsman to reach the milestone.

Shanto could reach the milestone when Bangladesh takes on Australia in the second
ODI three-match series at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium
tomorrow (Thursday).
