Riteish Deshmukh’s ambitious project ‘Raja Shivaji’ is currently in theaters and is receiving love from the audience. As the title suggests, the film is based on the life of the Maratha warrior king, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The period drama recorded a historic release for its Marathi version in theatres. This has taken India’s total gross collections to 28.13 croreswhile India’s total net profits stand at 23.65 crores.
